Good Afternoon, I wanted to send you an email complimenting you on the fine staff that you have employed for you. This morning I called your office and Rita answered the phone. Her customer service skills were in my opinion top of the line! Having had a difficult morning, Rita's friendly demeanor and genuine sense of concern about my printer issues made the business call to your company such a delightful one. In an age where customer service has truly been thrown out the window, it is good to know that there are still professionals that really care! Working in a sales environment means that everyone need things ASAP or else the day is ruined or so it seems. Prior to calling your company this morning, I was having the hassle of trying to find someone to come and look at the problems we were experiencing with our printer without any success. Rita's confidence in your company's ability to provide fast , reliable service made it very easy for me to want to have your company come to service our printer.. As we ended the conversation, she added that I would be calling her back! Sure enough within 15 minutes I was calling back requesting service from your company. I must say she is unique. I was frustrated this morning and possibly looking at having a bad day. But she utilized friendly, professional customer service skills to gain our business. In less than an hour after my last call to her, one of your technicians was here and he also worked efficiently to handle the issue. The way she handle my concerns truly changed my outlook on this day. I am having a wonderful day. She should be praised for a job well done. We going forward (as long as I am in charge of getting someone for maintenance issues) will be using you for service issues as it relates to that printer.

The Xerox Phaser 6120 is bar far the BEST printer I have ever worked
with. Within just a few minutes of unpacking the printer I was
printing high quality photographs on standard paper. There was no
tedious calibrating and the colors matched exactly what was on my
monitor perfectly. I can't wait to test the printer on actual photo
paper and card stock.

I recently bought an HP 4100tn printer from PrinterStop. They delivered it promptly. After I got the printer I had several questions especially how to set it up in a network. They answered all of my questions including talking me through how to set up the network. Oh, they answer the phone with a real person, not press 1 for X or 2 for Y and etc.
