Dear Marc, It's been a couple weeks now, and I wanted to write and tell you about my experience with you, your company, and my new printer. At your advice, I upgraded to the 5550 DN, which is really much better. Last night I fed 500 sheets of 12x18 cardstock through to print some posters, and it just devoured the paper and now I have a stack of beautiful posters ready for trimming. With the built-in hard drive it spat out posters as fast as the fuser would let the belt run. I had 500 done in less than an hour, and that's with 4 different posters. So thank YOU and thanks to PrinterStop, and a big thank you to the engineers at HP who built a printer that can take years of use, be shipped across the country, dragged up stairs and still produce stunning images.
