I just must tell you that purchasing from PrinterStop was an amazingly gratifying experience. My refurbished HP Color Laser Jet 3800dn is pristine! What a sweet machine! And the trial toner cartridges you sent produce excellent results – every bit as good as new. I just couldn't be happier, both with the printer and with your unparalleled customer service.
I stumbled across PrinterStop just after I had had the motherboard replaced on my old HP 3800dn – and after that breakdown I was quite ready for a backup plan: another 3800. When I called, I was especially taken aback by Marc's help – staying past closing time to walk me through how to get my old HP 3800dn back onto my wireless network; imagine, someone devoting his time and expertise to help me, who had never been your customer before, with a printer you didn't even sell me!
As for the bottom line, it cost me $260 more to have my old 3800 locally repaired than it did to purchase PrinterStop's beautifully refurbished HP 3800dn that came with only slightly used trial toners!

I was frustrated this morning and possibly looking at having a bad day. But she utilized friendly, professional customer service skills to gain our business. In less than an hour after my last call to her, one of your technicians was here and he also worked efficiently to handle the issue. The way she handle my concerns truly changed my outlook on this day. I am having a wonderful day. She should be praised for a job well done. Dear Marc, It's been a couple weeks now, and I wanted to write and tell you about my experience with you, your company, and my new printer. At your advice, I upgraded to the 5550 DN, which is really much better. Last night I fed 500 sheets of 12x18 cardstock through to print some posters, and it just devoured the paper and now I have a stack of beautiful posters ready for trimming. With the built-in hard drive it spat out posters as fast as the fuser would let the belt run. I had 500 done in less than an hour, and that's with 4 different posters. So thank YOU and thanks to PrinterStop, and a big thank you to the engineers at HP who built a printer that can take years of use, be shipped across the country, dragged up stairs and still produce stunning images. I am a very happy new customer.
