Laser Support Services has been serving the Raleigh Durham, NC area since 1996. We are a locally owned company that specializes in selling and servicing new, used and refurbished printers & copiers primarily to business customers. Our company also rents printers and copiers for short term needs and projects. We do a great deal of our business locally, but also sell equipment on line at a substantial savings. Our clients range from small home offices to Fortune 100 companies. Every customer is important to us.

We also have certified technicians who perform repair service for customers in our area. Laser Support Services is an authorized service and repair center for HP, Canon, and Xerox. Our factory-trained technicians can handle both depot and on-site service needs in a quick and professional manner.

Please also note that our customers are free to pickup any purchased equipment and save the shipping costs. We are experts in office printers and copiers because that is all we do. We value our customers and treat each one with respect.

Update:

Due to the continued success and growth of our business, on July 20, 2009, Laser Support Services (dba PrinterStop) relocated to a newer and more expansive facility.  Our new address is 2708 Discovery Drive, Suite M, Raleigh, NC 27616.  We are located in North Raleigh (off Capital Blvd where I-540 crosses) which is convenient to Triangle Town Center Mall and close to Research Triangle Park (RTP). 

This new facility will increase our efficiency and improve the quality of our current products and processes passing the savings on to our customers.  Our new showroom highlights high-end office printers and copiers while our expanding product line offers a wider variety of supplies as well as refurbished printers.
