Repair Prices:

Monochrome & Color Laser Printers: 90/hr + Parts
Label Printer Repair: 90/hr + Parts
Plotters: $95/hr + Parts

Note:  Most laser printer repairs are completed in one hour but we will give estimates for repairs taking more that an hour.
Minimum charge of $39 for depot repairs and $90 for onsite repairs. 

Our turnaround time is usually 1 to 2 business days or less (exceptions would be parts on back order). Please call, email or use the online RMA system prior to sending in equipment to get an RMA number and confirm repair procedures. Write this number on the box as well as 'Attn: Repair Department.' When packing laser printers, please wrap toner in a plastic bag and secure outside printer. Include a detailed description of the error or problem you are having with your equipment and your contact information. 

All repairs come with a 90 day Warranty.
