Our Warranty Policy and Satisfaction Guarantee

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase and will gladly issue a refund for any reason within 30 days of the purchase date for the item price on most items. Contact us for a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization), ship product back to us in its original condition and upon receipt and inspection we will repair, replace or issue a refund.

 

Please note the following:

 

·        Product returns without a RMA will not be accepted.

·        Authorized returns within 30 days are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

·        Replacement cost will be deducted from refund for open consumable items such as toner, ink, printheads.

·        Replacement cost will be deducted from refund for damaged and/or missing parts.

·        We will not refund shipping charges or pay for return shipping.

·        We offer no guarantee of software compatiblity with our products and are not responsible for software and/or network configuration issues related to their use.  Customers are encouraged to consult with IT support providers prior to purchase of our products and direct IT related questions to same.

·        Products that are in proper physical condition but are incompatible with software applications and/or a customer's network are not considered defective; therefore, they are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

·        Product returns must be shipped back in secure packaging.  Any physical damage to return products received as a result of shipping damage are subject to a lower refund or no refund at all; you are free to file a damage claim with the carrier of your choice to recoup damages.

·        Custom or special order items are non-returnable unless it involves an error on our part.

 

Warranty Details:

We thoroughly inspect, service and test all equipment before shipping but on rare occasions there may be an issue. Product warranty statements are normally included in the item description.  Products sold by Laser Support Services, Inc. (LSS) are covered under one of three possible categories:

New Products Warranty:

·        OEM manufacturer warranty only. Not warranted by Laser Support Services, Inc. (LSS).

 

OEM Factory Refurbished Product:

·        OEM manufacturer warranty only. Not warranted by LSS.

Laser Support Services Products and Services: 


·        Refurbished Printers and Parts purchased at Retail pricing: 90 days depot

·        Refurbished Printers and Parts purchased at Wholesale prices: 30 days depot

·        Service Repairs and Parts: 90 days 
depot

·        Used Printers and Parts: 30 days depot

·        As Is Printers and Parts: DOA/Guaranteed to work upon arrival to the customer

·        Starter/Used Toner Cartridges: DOA

·        Extended LSS Warranties are depot repair

 

Laser Support Services, Inc. will replace or repair, at our discretion, the items that fail during the warranty period. Refurbished/used warranty work is provided by LSS only. This is a limited warranty and does not cover cosmetic issues such as blemishes, scratches, and color defects or defects resulting from: 1) inadequate or improper maintenance; 2) unauthorized modification or misuse; 3) usage outside of the senvironmental specifications of the part or product; 4) improper site preparation and maintenance 5) shipping damage.

 
You acknowledge that no employee of LSS or any other party is authorized to make any representations or warranty not in this agreement.


DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

THE ABOVE EXPRESS LIMITED WARRANTY IS EXCLUSIVE AND ANY AND ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, ARE HEREBY DISCLAIMED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, ACCURACY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND TITLE, AND ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY AGAINST INTERFERENCE WITH YOUR ENJOYMENT OF THE PROGRAM PROPERTY OR AGAINST INFRINGEMENT.

IN NO EVENT WILL LSS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION LOST PROFITS OR REVENUES, COSTS OF REPLACEMENT GOODS, LOSS OR DAMAGE TO DATA ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE ANY LSS PRODUCT, EVEN IF LSS HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
